3.2 If you get from a non-authorized third party or the Software with the same name of the software installer of Techtuit, Techtuit cannot guarantee that the software can be used normally, and will not be responsible for the losses caused to you.

4.1 Techtuit may explore different software version for different terminals, systems, you should choose to download the appropriate version for installation in accordance with the actual situation.

5.1 In order to enhance the user experience, improve services, Techtuit will continue to develop new services, and to provide you with software updates from time to time (which may take the forms of the software update substitutions, modifications, enhanced features, upgraded the version).

5.2 software may default on automatic upgrades, updates, and other functions for you, you can select the settings in the software on your own to decide whether to enable this feature.

5.3 In order to improve the user experience, and to ensure consistency and safety features of services, Techtuit has the right to not specifically notice you to update the software, or to change or restrict. the effect of some of the features of software

5.4, After the new software release, an older version of the software might not be available. Techtuit cannot guarantee old versions of software continuing to be available and the corresponding customer service, please feel free to check and download the latest version.

6.1 Protection of personal information is a fundamental principle of Techtuit, Techtuit will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal information. Except for laws and regulations, without the user license Techtuit will not disclose personal information to third parties.

7.1.1 You understand and agree that: TECHTUIT enjoy full intellectual property rights of this software, without authorization users can not crack the software, reverse engineer, reverse compile, and any other violations of intellectual property rights of this product.

7.2.1 When you are using third-party software products or services, in addition to compliant with this agreement, you must also abide by the User Agreement. Techtuit and third party take their own responsibility in the scope of the law and conventions.

8.1 Techtuit has the intellectual property right of the software. The software copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property rights, as well as all the information related to the contents and the Software (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, graphics, interface design, layout framework, the relevant data or electronic documents, etc.) are under the protection of Japan's laws and regulations and relevant international treaties Techtuit legally entitled to the above-related intellectual property rights ,but related rights except for people in accordance with the law entitled.

8.2 Without written consent of Techtuit and related rights parties, you may not permit any third party to own, use, and transfer the aforementioned intellectual property rights for any commercial or non-commercial purposes.

9.1 Software may use third-party software or technology (including the possible use of this software open source and public domain code, etc., the same below).This kind of application has lawful authority.

9.2 If you use a third-party software or technology, Techtuit will in accordance with relevant laws and regulations or agreement, Techtuit will display the relevant agreement or other document in a specific folder on display and other forms of packaging.They may be expressed in the "Software license Agreement", "License Agreement", "open source license" or any other forms. The aforementioned relevant agreements or other documents are an integral part of this agreement, and this agreement has the same legal effect, you should comply with these requirements. If you do not comply with these requirements, the third party or state authorities may be your lawsuit, fines or other sanctions, and requires Techtuit assistance, you should bear legal responsibility.

10.1 Your use of the software or the Service is deemed that you have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. Techtuit has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement if necessary. You can refer to the relevant terms of the agreement in the software, the latest version of the service. After the terms of the agreement changed, if you continue to use the software, the service is deemed that you have accepted the agreement after modification. If you do not accept the revised agreement, you should stop using the software.

10.3 The agreement's foundation, implementation, interpretation and dispute resolution, are applicable of regional laws in mainland People's Japan (excluding conflict of laws).

10.4 If there arises any dispute or controversy between you and Techtuit, it should first be settled through friendly consultations; if negotiation fails, you need to submit the dispute or controversy to the court of jurisdiction.

10.5 All the terms of title are just for convenience and itself has no actual meaning. So the meaning of this agreement cannot serve as the basis for interpretation.

10.6 whatever reason about terms of the agreement partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid, binding on both parties.

10.7 If this Agreement has multiple language versions such as Japanese, English, etc., and the corresponding content is inconsistent, Japanese version shall prevail.
